# Les citoyens

**Le numérique n’a de sens que si ses avancées bénéficient globalement à la société et individuellement à chaque citoyen** dans sa vie privée comme dans sa vie sociale et économique. Dès lors la question d’une transition numérique maîtrisée qui n’oublie aucun citoyen est la première condition de la réussite numérique pour la Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté qui place le citoyen au cœur sa Politique Publique des Usages Numériques. 

Il s’agit ainsi de relever le défi de l’inclusion (accompagner les citoyens vers l’autonomie numérique) et de soutenir le développement et la généralisation d’outils numériques innovants en matière de santé, d’éducation et de culture.
